MUSIC AND MOVEMENT CLASSES - MODERN MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL

My "music and movement" classes at nurseries started in 2013. All around London! After I was interviewed to teach piano at primary schools in the Borough of Merton, I had to leave my nurseries behind.  But there is one that I never left: MODERN MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL, Raynes Park.  As busy as my schools' schedules are, I always have time for MMI! Set in the middle of a lovely park, they provide a very nurturing and calm environment for the children, and also opportunities to explore and grow.  The staff is always helpful during the lessons and the manager and I became good friends.  The best part of my day is when I arrive at the nursery and the children receive me with the warmest of the welcomes! 

We are currently working on homemade musical instruments.  From building up castanets and rain sticks to decorating them.  It has been so fun!
